Before You Apply

Please read the following before submitting your application:

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • Please ensure you meet the availability requirements for the opportunity you are applying for.
  • Volunteer roles may require availability before, during, and after the festival, depending on the assigned role.
  • Internship roles are full-time, on-site positions based in Bengaluru and run from September to December 2026.
  • Volunteer and internship roles involve active on-ground work and may require long hours depending on your assigned team.
  • Selected volunteers must attend an in-person orientation in Bengaluru before the festival.
  • Reasonable local travel expenses for volunteer roles will be reimbursed where applicable.
  • Festival access is not guaranteed and will depend on your assigned role, contribution, and commitment.

What You Can Expect

As a volunteer, you can expect:

  • A Volunteer Certificate from Echoes of Earth
  • Hands-on experience at a large-scale music festival
  • The opportunity to learn alongside experienced festival professionals
  • Reasonable local travel reimbursement where applicable

As an intern, you can expect:

  • A full-time, on-site experience with the team behind Echoes of Earth, from September to December 2026
  • Practical exposure to your chosen area of work
  • The opportunity to work alongside experienced festival professionals
  • Hands-on involvement in the planning and execution of Echoes of Earth 2026

Full-time, on-site in Bengaluru

Role guide

  • Art Volunteer: build and maintain installations before and during the festival.
  • Artist Management: support artists and the Artist Relations team.
  • Box Office: assist ticketing and wristband distribution.
  • Brands & Partners: support partner activations and brand teams.
  • Food Court: support vendors and operations.
  • Stage Management: support schedules and performances.
  • Greeters & Ushers: welcome and guide attendees.
  • Festival Operations / Production: support logistics and on-ground delivery.
  • Photography / Videography: capture festival moments using your own equipment.
  • General Support: help wherever the team needs you.

Internship Roles

These are full-time, on-site internship roles based in Bengaluru, running from September to December 2026.

  • Art: support the development, fabrication, installation and execution of festival art and immersive experiences.
  • Artist Management: support artist coordination, communication, hospitality and on-ground artist requirements.
  • Brand Marketing: support partner activations, brand integration and marketing initiatives across the festival.
  • Marketing: support campaign planning, promotions, partnerships and the overall marketing of Echoes of Earth.
  • Sustainability & Accessibility: support sustainability initiatives, accessibility planning and responsible festival operations.
  • Social Media Management: support content planning, social media execution, community engagement and real-time festival coverage.
  • Copywriting: support written content for the festival, including campaign copy, social and marketing copy, and on-ground communication.
