The Festival is dedicated to providing an inclusive environment, and if you require any accessibility, please notify the coordinator in advance, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your needs. It is essential to work under the supervision of designated Festival staff or team leads, following their instructions for the smooth execution of the festival.

If you become aware of any accessibility issues that were not previously communicated, you must promptly inform the Coordinator. The Festival maintains a strict policy against the use of illegal drugs and intoxication during the festival, and violation of this policy may result in immediate dismissal. Additionally, you commit to not consuming or bringing single-use plastic items to the festival grounds, aligning with our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Please note that the Festival reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time for non-compliance with these terms and conditions or any behaviour deemed unacceptable.
