FOOD PARTNER APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting your Food Partner Application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

All information provided is truthful and accurate.
You hold all necessary licenses and food safety certifications.
You will provide proof upon request.

2. APPLICATION REVIEW

Application review and approval takes approximately 1 month after applications close.
Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the market organizers.
You will be notified via email regarding your approval or rejection.

3. COMMUNICATION & CONFIRMATION

You agree to respond to all communications within 4 days.
You will confirm your participation within 1 week of approval.
Failure to confirm may result in your stall being offered to another applicant.

4. ZERO-WASTE COMMITMENT

You commit to using zero single-use plastics and non-recyclable packaging.
All serving and takeaway packaging must be recyclable or compostable.
No exceptions. This commitment is non-negotiable.

5. PAYMENT & FEES

Stall fees are non-refundable unless the market is cancelled.
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the confirmation email.
Late payment may result in forfeiture of your allocated stall.

6. CONDUCT & VALUES

You represent the market's ethos of sustainability, responsibility and community.
You agree to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the event.
The organizers reserve the right to remove vendors who violate these values.

7. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation is conditional upon meeting all the above requirements.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse or revoke stall allocation.
Any material misrepresentation may result in immediate disqualification.

8. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Submission of this application constitutes acceptance of all Event Terms & Conditions.
Approved vendors will receive the complete event handbook and operational guidelines.
